Why Isn't My Data Syncing to VAN?
Make sure the VAN sync is turned on for the program you are wanting to sync and make sure you have added the triggers you want to sync.
- Click the "Administration" button at the top
- Click "Programs" on the menu
- Click the pencil under actions next to the program that is not syncing
- Click the "Integrations" tab
- Click the toggle on the right to enable to the VAN sync
- Either add actions individually with "Add new Action" or "Clone Actions from Instance" to select a VAN instance to clone triggers you set up on your workspace settings.
