How Do I Import an Opt Out List?


Import an Opt Out List

  1. Click "Administration" at the top
  2. Depending on where you want to add your external Opt Out list— If you want to apply it to all contacts in your workspace, Click "Workspace Settings" on the menu. You can do the same for "Divisions" and "Program Groups".
  3. Click "Opt Outs"
  4. Click "Start New Import"
  5. Click the blue "Select File" button
  6. Select the file from your computer
  7. Click "Upload"
  8. If you want, add a name for the file
  9. Select the column from your file that contains Cell Phone Number.
  10. Click "Save Changes"
