Can I Add an Automatic Reply to My Initial Message?

Auto Reply sends a Recommended Reply to Initial Inbounds matching a keyword.

Keywords can use only a single word (i.e., STOP2QUIT or WRONG or YES), and only the exact spelling of the keyword will trigger keywords - (spelling sensitive, case insensitive, no punctuation allowed, no emoji.) Admins cannot add keywords that are part of the global auto opt-out keywords, such as STOP. 

How to Setup Auto Reply to an Initial Outbound

Upload Your Script 

  1. Select “Administration” from the top menu ❯ “Programs.
  2. On the desired program. it can be a new program or a program you have already created.
    1. You must add the reply to your "Recommended Replies" before you can add it as an Auto Reply.
  3. Click "Scripts" at the top
  4. Click "Initial Outbounds"
  5. Click the pencil next to the "Initial Outbound" you want to add the Auto Reply to.
  6. Under the "Auto Reply" section, click "Add New Record"
  7. In the "Keyword" box enter the keyword (this can only be a single word)
  8. From the "Script" dropdown, search and select the Recommended Reply you want to send for that specific keyword.
  9. Click "Update"
  10. Click "Save Changes"
