Create Conversation Reassignment Reasons

Sometimes a Texter may need to reassign one or more conversations while texting within a Program. As a Workspace Administrator can create “Conversation Reassign Reasons” to help organize the reassignment of texts. A Workspace can have as many reasons for reassigning as needed and can add and edit reasons at any time.

Examples of Reassignment Reasons:

  • This conversation is in Spanish
  • This conversation is in another language 
  • This conversation makes me uncomfortable
  • I don’t know the answers needed for this conversation

Important: A Workspace does not have any default reassign reasons created.

How to create conversation Reassignment Reasons

  1. Select “Administration” from the top menu ❯ “Workspace Settings”“Conversation Reassign Reason” subtab.
  2. To add a new Reassignment Reason, click “Add Reason.”
  3. In the pop-up, enter a title for a Reason. It will be visible to the Texter. 
  4. Enter a number for the order in which this Reassignment Reason will appear. 
  5. Choose if the Reason will reassign “All Conversations” of a Texter’s conversations and unsent Initial Outbound messages. If not selected, the Reason will reassign one conversation at a time.
  6. Click “Save."

How to create an “Undelivered Messages” Reassignment Reason

  1. Select “Administration” from the top menu ❯ “Workspace Settings”“Conversation Reassign Reason” subtab.
  2. To add a new Data Tag, click “Add Reason.”
  3. In the pop-up, enter a title for a Reason, display sequence, Data Tag (optional), and check “Undelivered Reply.”
